Return and Refund Policy
We want all our customers to be satisfied. However, we only accept returns under specific circumstances. Due to the hygiene issues involved with returning an undergarment, we will only grant a refund if:
- The product has a flaw or fault that was not evident when you made your purchase
- The product is not as it was described on this website
